Does OneBigOrder handle our money?
No. Members pay the supplier or the group directly, outside the app. OneBigOrder records who has paid so everyone can check.
Who chooses the supplier?
Your group does. Add any supplier you like. They receive one purchase order by email and never pay to take part.
How many people can join for free?
The Free plan covers up to 20 active members per group and up to 5 groups per person.
What happens if we downgrade?
Nothing is locked or deleted. Your rounds, invoices and payment records stay available.
